I need 2010 seniors from your high school!

I normally only accept 3 seniors PER HIGH SCHOOL to be models. Not everyone who applies will be accepted.

You do get a few perks (like HUGE DISCOUNTS) for participating AND you have the chance to earn some FREE senior pictures.

What happens next?
1. I will send you a little questionnaire.
2. We will set an appointment to meet (you and a parent) for an interview, a possible test shoot, & I will explain the program in detail.
3. Want to earn your first print credit? Refer a 2010 senior from another high school in the area.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Graduate in 2010
2. Post images on your facebook/myspace to show your friends.
3. Tell your friends to go to Miss J Photography for fun senior pictures.
4. Collect at least 5 names and addresses of other 2010 seniors. Bonuses for more!
5. Hand out Miss J Photography cards with YOUR picture on them to everyone you know!

Miss J Photography {Discovery Kids}

Well the only thing "little" about Little Miss L is her size! She is not yet 4yrs old but has the vocabulary and personality of a 24 year old! She is so "grown"! She calls herself Sunshine and says she's a model!We had such a fun session; climbing trees, playing with bubbles and then dressing up in her fancy gown from a wedding she'd recently been in.

SENIOR NIKKI

Senior Nikki traveled 3 hours for our session last week! We headed out to her aunt's farm for a simple yet super fun shoot! The sun was bright and the heat was at an all time high! But, we sweat it through and had a great afternoon! Nikki thanks for a fun day! You were great! Congrats on graduating and best wishes during your college years!

Miss J Photography {Discovery Kids}

I've been wanting to shoot at this local park for a while and I finally got the chance to with Litte E! E and I had a fun time exploring the grounds! She had such an eye for locations! At one point she even took the camera from me and told me to sit "like this" and she took my picture! haha! So fun! I loved her vision!

A and L...

Wow! I had a great time with these kiddos. Older sister A and little bro L were so much fun. Their energy was incredible and their manners were impressive!
I couldn't wait a moment longer to share this with everyone!

Little Man J!

I had the pleasure of working with little man J for the first time this week! He was such a good little model! I have so many fav's from his session but I'll try to keep my sharing under control!





J, our session was everything I'd hoped it be! I don't get the opportunity to shoot with little guys very often so your session was extra special for me! Thanks for hangin out and doing everything that was asked of you! I hope you enjoyed that lollipop all day long after the shoot! I can't wait for our session with your whole family coming up at the end of summer! ;)

Heather's Portfolio

Well, I was so excited when Heather contacted me for some portfolio shots!

Models are so fun to work with. They need very little direction and are just there to have a great time!

I knew from the first phone call with H that she and I were gonna really hit it off. Well needless to say, we had a blast! I swear she and I share the same brain! She is such a pretty girl and has the best personality to go with it!!

We ended up with several amazing shots. So, it made it so difficult to choose my fav's!! But without further delay... here are a few of my top choices!!

I love the angles of her legs and her expression in this next one. Funny how this shot came about actually; the sun was in her eyes causing them to water and she needed to look away... Even when she isn't trying, Heather is flawless!

I love this shot because it shows you a little bit of her fun personality!

Miss R and her little guy M

I really appreciated the opportunity to photograph "Miss R" a few weeks back for her unique and one-of-a-kind maternity shoot. We had a great time together and really connected! So, I was so excited when she asked to photograph her with her precious little newbie! We headed out to a favorite spot in the fields and did it big!

Engagement {MJP}

I headed down to Cincinnati for Scott and Stacy's engagement session this past week! Stacy and I have been friends for 10+ years (even old roomies) But, life had gotten busy and we hadn't seen each other in way too long! When she got engaged, she told me that she couldn't imagine anyone else photographing her wedding. My heart melted! Scott on the other hand wasn't as partial to me... YET! I had heard all about him, but had just never had the pleasure of meeting him. We met for dinner to catch up and allow Scott to see some of my work. When I met him, he definitely lived up to all the hype! He's a great guy and I couldn't be happier for the both of them! Needless to say Scott liked my style! Here are a few of my fav's from their engagement session!

Lotte- 6 months

Well this was my 4th time working with this family. I had the pleasure of doing family portraits of Mommy, Daddy, and Puppy Dog Flynn back a few years ago. Then when little Lotte was born I got to shoot her newborn pics, as well as her 3 month pics. This month we did her 6 months session. I can't believe this little gem! Her smile lights up the entire world! I absolutely adore her! Here are just a few fav's from the session! (it was so hard to choose b/c there were so many fun shots)

Her Grandmom had bought her the sweetest little beach chair so we wanted to be sure to get a few pics with it! And Mom has bought her so many darling little leggings it was hard for me to choose which ones to use! But, I couldn't pass up these bright colors!! A fun shot with Mom and Dad!
Mom, Dad, and Little Lotte... I had a great time with you! I can't believe how quickly she's growing! I look forward to our next appointment when she is sure to be crawling around everywhere. We're going to have a great time!
